Our wood oven is at the centre of the kitchen. Pizza and flatbreads go in for a crisp, smoky finish, and we use the same fire for roasting and charring where it fits the dish. The result is food with real character — simple, honest, and full of flavour.
We source the finest ingredients we can and work with local and seasonal produce where possible. Our vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are clearly marked, and we take care to accommodate dietary preferences so everyone leaves nourished and inspired.
